Africana Fefeworwor Dance Ensemble is a cultural group based at C.Y.C.C., a community youth and cultural center. Founded in 1991 by Mawutor Akpobi, Africana has been one of the foremost cultural groups celebrating, preserving and continuing the diverse cultural traditions of music and dance in Ghana and greater West Africa. Africana maintains a vast repertoire of creative and traditional dances.
